Sequel wins Vertical Solution of the Year at IT Europa 2017

We are pleased to announce that Sequel won the Vertical Solution of the Year at last night’s European IT & Software Excellence Awards.

Sequel has now been successful twice in the last three years at the IT Europa Awards and we are thrilled to have won the Vertical Solution award for Sequel Eclipse. Sequel’s Eclipse Underwriting solution was adopted by the Blenheim syndicate, an insurance firm, under the guidance of Asta, a turnkey managing agent in the Lloyd’s insurance market. Eclipse is designed to help specialty insurance market participants to handle their sophisticated and complex data processing and analysis requirements.

Sequel has a lot of experience in terms of helping start-ups to hit the ground running, and our technology is designed to give our clients in Lloyd’s the best support that the market has to offer. We worked closely with Asta to support its oversight and Lloyd’s submission responsibilities for this project. By starting out with a robust and scalable operating platform, Blenheim will be able to transact their business efficiently while minimising operational risk.

To win the award is a great accolade for Sequel Eclipse and it is an honor to be crowned the best vertical solution when Sequel was up against such strong competition.
